How can I set up a business account?

Where can I find specifications and product attribute information?
On the product page, click on the ‘More Information’ tab below the product image for further details about that product.
Where can I find product drawings and dimension information?
Where available, product drawings and specification tables are featured on the product information page on the ‘Details’ tab. If the drawing you require isn’t shown, contact us and we’ll endeavour to source it for you.

Where available, product listings include supplier images, technical drawings, and specification tables regarding the part information.
Images shown are for illustration purposes only and may represent a number of products within a range and so therefore may not be an exact representation of that specific part number.
FA Parkes can provide exact images upon request if available from stock. Please contact our Sales department to determine if an image is current or to request an image as needed:

Product Specifications Disclaimer
Product specifications (colour, finish, material, dimensions, included components, etc.) can vary with each unique part number. FA Parkes updates product information as soon as possible and therefore there may be periods when a specification changes but the product listing has not yet been updated.

Why do some of your products have such long lead times?
While we strive to provide your orders as quickly as possible, unfortunately there are many unavoidable factors that can impact our promise or delivery times.

- Made to Order Manufacturing Processes: Certain suppliers operate on a made-to-order manufacturing process which can lead to longer wait times for your product/s.
- Customisation: Some of our products can be tailored to meet specific client needs which means we may require additional time in the design, development, and production phases.
- High Demand: Products experiencing a surge in demand might face longer lead times, but we will always strive to fulfil increased orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Supplier Constraints: External factors, such as delays or shortages from our suppliers, can impact our delivery times resulting in longer lead times for specific products.
- International Shipping and Logistics: For global orders, factors such as customs clearance, international shipping, and transportation may contribute to longer lead times.
- Regulatory Compliance: Products might need to adhere to specific regulations or certifications, necessitating additional time for compliance checks and approvals.
I need more items than you have showing in stock – can you order more for me?
Unless an item is showing as ‘Discontinued’ - yes, you can order more than the number shown in stock. Simply add the quantity required to your basket as normal.
There may be a lead time delay for the outstanding quantity, but we will inform you of this after your order confirmation.
If you’d like to check what the expected lead time is, contact our sales team with the product code/s and quantity required information at hand.
